I was really surprised at the speed in which my necklace was created. And also by the communication from Charmlry! Not only were they great to work with, this has become my favorite necklace and I wear it every day.

This gift to my wife for her birthday was absolutely beautiful! She loved it from the moment she saw it and the uniqueness makes people inquire. It does take a little extra time to get your jewelry but it’s due to the hands on crafting from the time you put in an order. I am considering purchasing more for my daughters because of how amazing it is. Thank you!

The communication was great ! I received fast responses from the team and they were open to feedback . I received my necklace in the mail today and it is absolutely perfect.
