I absolutely love my necklace. They were very days with the design and the communication was spot on. If there was an issue they would have resolved it quickly and effectively. Once ordered the design stage was very fast. You can tell them if you do not like the design or not. After the design stage, it was made and shipped all within. A couple weeks. It was truly an easy and quick process and I am in love!!

I loved the customization that I was able to have while purchasing my necklace. I had originally had a name in mind and didn't like the look, so I asked for two names to be put together and it was wonderful. We put that final design in production and I now wear my necklace every day. I was so thankful for the rapid responses and quick delivery.
