From start to finish, Elisa, my designer, and the Charmlry company have been wonderful. This piece of jewelry was in memory of the love of my life. I was a little scared since I’d never heard of the brand before, but I saw the reviews and trusted them with this memory. The necklace and charm are very “dainty” and I ear it every day. Elisa kept me updated throughout the creation process and answered every question quickly and simply. While I was waiting for my beautiful piece, they asked if I would share the story behind the jewelry as a way to let them know what it meant to me. It made my heart swell to know that they took such care in making my piece and they cared why I purchased it. I will use Charmlry again for gifts and personal pieces.
