These came out so beautifully and are meaningful for two of my children who lost both biological parents - they will now have a beautiful key ring with their parents names on them. Items purchased were deeply sentimental and just gorgeous.

Amazing from start to finish! From text messages to emails I was constantly kept in the loop on the process of my necklace. I chose a design with my husband's initial of T, mine of J and our daughters of P. This necklace came out stunning! I may splurge in the future and get the design cast in pure gold by my jewelr as I plan on wearing this everyday!

Excellent experience! I was contacted shortly after placing an order to let me know the steps and rough timeline. Was able to make an adjustment to one of the designs (which they knocked out of the park on the first redo). Received my order, and one of the items was missing the birthstone I added. Contacted support and they replicated the item and sent a new one with the birthstone attached. 10/10 experience and very pleased with my pieces!
