Bought one for my daughter and she loves it!!! From ordering to recieving, everything went smooth

The design was done quickly and communication was constant. My wife absolutely LOVED the design and was so excited for it when I showed her.

Quality and uniqueness. Gave as a Christmas Gift and it was a hit

I liked how they offered many preset designs for my order, even though I did not choose any they still came up with a new design quickly. The design confirmation step was also a great way to see how the letters flow with the look of the charm. Although the time from order to delivery was a bit long, it was well worth it for a custom item.

I liked that we are allowed to approve of the design prior to it’s final design. If you don’t like the design it is redesigned until your approval.

Had two designs ordered and loved both of them. The recipient of my gift thought they were so unique and beautiful. I did one complete name on a keychain and two initials (one for each person in the couple) on the other for a necklace.

The necklace was beautiful. Exactly as shown. Looks better in person. The keychain was great too.

The process was very smooth, was able to review and approve a custom design before creation and great communication throughout the process!
