Ordered 4 - for myself, my sister, my mother, and my mother in law. 3 were perfect the first time- the 4th I requested a letter be more focal so my daughter could easily find it and the quick revision was just right. Quick shipping , nice presentation. I love mine and so does my mom. The other 2 are tucked away for fall birthdays :)

They sent over the design right away and made changes to the original design based on my personal preferences. Having a unique name, I can NEVER walk into a souvenir shop and grab a "Keychain" or "mini license plate" etc, now I have a unique piece that no one else will have. I love it and want to get some more for my family.
