The necklace is designed beautifully, with exactly what I asked for incorporated into the design. Charmlry kept me informed every step of the process, responding quickly to my emails. It’s a personal way to keep my fur babies near my heart. I know they advertise on FB, but don’t be afraid to order, this is a legitimate, quality company.

I was a little hesitant to make a payment before I saw the design. However, I was contacted a few days later WITH the design, and I had the option to approve it, or change it. I approved it because it was gorgeous! And once I received it, I was NOT disappointed!

Needed something different (unique) for my wife for Christmas this year and I came across this while looking. It was perfect, we have three boys and this necklace with there initials on was it. I was kept well informed of the progress of my design. Even though it was perfect first time you can say no, give your own input to the design so you get the right result. They offer more than just the necklace I purchased. Couldn't recommend this business enough. Unique, personal and made with care and love

Necklace turned out wonderful, my wife loves it. Easy to order and the turnaround was quicker than I expected, getting to me with plenty of time before her birthday. 5*

I ordered matching necklaces with our book club name on them to give the members for Christmas and they loved them. I have just placed an order for more so that we can have a few on hand for newer members as them reach full membership.
