The chain and medal should be thicker

It was ok. Consider making the size of the charm 1 or 2 inches bigger... Mine remains in my jewelry box as the few times I wore it, no one could notice it.

I loved the way that they asked for my opinion before making my necklace. They always kept me updated with what was going on with the process and were so helpful through they whole thing. The only thing that I would change is I wish the quality of the product was better.

The charm itself is amazing. The workmanship is top notch. The biggest short coming is that the chain broke within a week and needed to be replaced with something of higher quality and durability. This did not ruin the experience but did bring into question the quality which appears to be exemplary.
