I love my necklace but there was a mistake, which has been fixed, and it took a long time to get it the second time. Some of that, I’m sure, is because of the holiday. It was fixed so I only took a star off.

Great pendant! Great communication during order process. The chain, however leaves much to be desired and I can’t get it off the pendant to replace with one of my own.

This was a smooth process from start to finish. We created a necklace with the initials for our 6 kids. We asked for a second design and in just a few days we were accepting the design and now my wife wears her necklace every day. She loves it. We were also impressed with the quality of the product.

Beautiful case! Also got a charger that looks nice but unfortunately doesn't work with my Galaxy.

The design team was super awesome and the one correction I asked for was done without fuss and matched exactly what I had in mind. I know have a necklace I wear daily and a keychain that's going to make the perfect gift! My only struggle with them was shipping. There were some miscommunications about when orders would ship so make sure you order plenty in advance.

The timeliness of getting the proof was great! I loved the guide to showing where the letters were. The material however is not too sturdy and I'm hesitant to wear it because I'm afraid it will rust or the chain may break.

Love the design and necklaces. One is a Christmas gift. My only suggestion would be to attach an "o" ring so it's easier to attach to the clasp. It was very difficult to put on and it took me forever to get it on. Thank you.

The discover and design of this process was quite simple and tailored without undo pressure. This pendant was more than a name to me and a friend, but an enduring memory of a dear brother who has gone before us in life too soon! Thank you for your attention to detail and patience!
