My package was sent to the wrong place at first, and appears that someone opened it and then re-taped it shut. I received it a week later than its promised arrival time. In addition, I ordered a pair of open toed booties in black, but received them in taupe. Other than that, everything came in good condition.

The first time I ordered online I did not have any problems. Unfortunately the second time, I did. I had paid for 2-3 day shipping, but it pretty much came in the same as if I had just gotten regular shipping. It is frustrating to pay extra when the result was the same.

The items I ordered looked nothing like the picture. I ordered a couple crop tops and they looked exactly like training bras. I ordered belts and they weren’t the color or style I ordered. I usually love Charlotte Russe but I will never shop online with them again. So upset that I wasted my time and money.
