Love love this store. Just made my first purchase online last week and it went great as well!🤗

I ordered 2 pairs of sandals, and you sent me someone else's order, so I called the 1-800 number and spoke with someone....Long story short...only 1 pair of the sandals that I wanted was in stock....he refunded me for the pair that you didn't have and was suppose to send me the pair that you had in stock...ONCE AGAIN...I STILL DIDN'T GET MY PACKAGE...I called the customer service number AGAIN and the gentlemen refunded my money back....THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER...I DIDN'T GET ANY OF MY ITEMS, AND WILL NEVER SHOP ONLINE WITH CHARLOTTE RUSSE AGAIN

Good quality items at amazing prices. I purchased 5 sweaters and 2 fleece lined leggings. Their clothing seems to run large so I suggest going down 1 size when ordering.

I love Charlotte Russe and the affordable prices and the sales they constantly have. Shoes are my favorite and the Tuesday Shoedays is my favorite day!!

Fast and easy shipping and easy returns

I love the deals, I hate the shipping to Canada. But it's fast. However I have bought a ton of dresses in the size I would be and they where all to big in the arm area

The shoes I order were not Comfy at all
