I ordered twice in three months and still didn't get the boots I wanted. I was using my Charlotte Russe gift card that I got for Christmas. Its March and I still don't have the boots I wanted because they are out of stock. Winter is almost over, so I'll just wit until October/ November to order more boots. The staff online and in store were very helpful in trying to find a replacement, but was unsuccessful.

When I received my order in the mail...this is the 2nd time that a pair of shoes were missing. I wasn't aware that it was out of stock and i was still charged for it. I had to call customer service to inform them

When I placed orders the items I chose were available but when I got my shipment I was told iteams where not available so I was missing things I called customer care and my money was refunded

I have never had any problems ordering and I always receive my items quick and on time

I love the styles and brands, im a bigger girl and love that you guys sell plus size clothing. Shopping is very easy and fun online and cashiers are super freindly in store.

I will give Charlotte Russe 5 stars ⭐️ any day , they’re always on point & very professional @ what they do best . Excellent , Excellent / 1/ 20 percent always the greatest 👍 up to u guy’s.
