Charlotte RusseReviews of charlotterusse.com

I received my items earlier than expected, so I was super happy. Also I loved every single one of the items, Charlotte Ruse is my favorite store. And I will definitely buy more things soon. Keep up the good work, thanks for being so awesome. 😍🤗😄💯

Love CR! And always easy!

I received my shoes really fast and there beautiful thanks

The website is fine but I just wish you offered a 2 day shipping without charging so much or should be for free if you spend so much. Also it seems there is a long processing time on top of that. For example if you do the 5 day shipping and then 5 days to process it really get our items 10 business days later, which is more like 2 weeks. The expectation of receiving it with 5 days is just a dissolution. This would be my greatest complaint. I know now if I am ordering a dress for an event that I have to look 3-2 weeks in advance. Really wish you took more of an "Amazon" approach of processing and shipping.

I love Charlotte Russe! Where I live we no longer have that store available, however I've always shopped online and i love it. Great service and amazing prices

My order was messed up a total 4 times .

Arrived ahead of schedule

I love this store...the price is good
