Half of the time I order online, I submit the order and get the order confirmation only to receive an email a couple days later that the order was cancelled because the item(s) are out of stock. It's ridiculous--don't allow for orders to be placed on items that don't have inventory!

Charlotte Russe is not only an amazing store but their customer service is superior and my packages always arrive safe and on time. I couldn't ask for a better store or better service.. love ittt

It would be 4 stars almost 5 but the only thing bugging me it's the shipping to Canada and conversions rates. I wish I could shop in canadian dollars at cr online and not bother to find the exchange rates. I wish we Canadians could have some free shipping days too. But I really love my overall experience with Charlotte Russe. You helped me love myself as I am.

Very good everything

This is by far my favorite place of all time! It's the only place I buy my shoes and 80% of everything else as well! They always have such great deals and cute new items

I really like the products and the prices are always amazing! Easy return policy if it's ever needed.

I would've given a 4-5 star but due to the very small & limited selection of plus size clothing in the actual stores & at malls...it's a 3. I returned an item to Brandon Mall in Tampa that I purchased online & was disappointed with a small corner for plus size tucked in the back if the store. As if my size didn't matter. It was even more frustrating because my choices were slim to none. Basically, I was circling the store just to find something to fullfil my store credit! Had I been an "acceptable/normal" size, choices in selection was at a much broader range. I believe this is a disservice to plus size women...we love to shop as well & have items to suit or needs, not be tucked away in some corner.
