Charlotte RusseReviews of charlotterusse.com

Easy to shop online at Charlotte Russe. Always having good sales, and shipment comes in quick. Love everything i have purchase from here. The items purchase are as describe. Will be shopping again & i will recommend others as well.

Allways on time!!

I ordered a jacket on 2/18. The tracking number stated that it should have arrived at my house by 2/27, which was fine. However, on the 27th, all of a sudden it said that my package was being returned to the shipper. Charlotte Russe shipped my package to the wrong place, and when I emailed them about it they refused to reroute or reship my package. I was issued a refund but will no longer be purchasing from this business due to the multiple issues I have had with them in the last year.

YEEEEEES! The items are beautiful!

Every item I've ordered has arrived on time and has been in good condition

I love this store. Everything fits to size and when they finally got plus size I don’t shop anywhere else but here!! The shoes fit great and I can keep instyle even in the big girl section ❤️

I love everything about Charlotte russe. Except with the last online order I placed, one of my shoes hasn't came in the shipment and I wasn't notified nor refunded until I called. Everything was sorted out accordingly and I still absolutely live the items and sales from this glorious place .

Ordering from Charlotte Russe is easy, even if the size isn't right you can simply take it to a store location and return or exchange.
