Two out of the three dresses I ordered were returned right away because they did not fit right (straps too long around neck, lace dress too tight, fragile lace could break if not careful). The third dress arrived not as pictured so that was a disappointment. I am giving 2 stars because at least I was able to return everything. Even though I was not able to get the dress I had hoped for in the end.

I placed an order of 6 articles of clothing and two of the items I received were wrong so I called customer service and the woman I spoke with refunded me immediately. This was the first problem I had with Charlotte Russe. Otherwise, everything is always great! Shipping takes a while but I’m also an impatient person!

I will never shop online with this company again I ordered two pairs of leggings I needed them for an I’m portant event and I needed them by a specific date. I bought them ahead of time so I wouldn’t run into any complications. The leggings didn’t arrive on time they missed the delivery dates twice I had to spend more money that I did t have on new bottoms. If they say they are gonna be late send an email so the customer knows ahead of time. I didn’t even get a confirmation email with a tracking number until about two weeks after I had ordered it.

I placed my first order with Charlotte Russe for 3 items in total. Shopping time was long and when I finally received my order, it was short 1 item. Immediately I contacted customer service and received a redundant reply to check through all the packaging for the missing item and contact again. Obviously I checked through the entire package for my missing item BEFORE I even made the initial complaint. Now I had to make a second complaint just to get my money or item I've paid for. Absolutely hated the experience and will not make future purchases. I will take my business to other retailers that value their customers.
