I like the fact that they did welcome me to open up a account and their services seem to be excellent. I hope that they will be able to give a reward out to new customers who are willing to open up an account.

The people are great and I’ve raved about Charlie to everyone! It’s such a relief to get texts of activity on my account considering the past experiences with local banks! Thx

U need to get Zelle. It’s a pain to transfer money immediately
Response from CharlieAug 20, 2024
Dear Robert, We apologize for any frustration you’ve encountered with our service. Your experience is important to us, and we want to make things right. You can use our new feature called PayAnyone! This is a great substitution for 3rd party payment apps. Simply provide the amount, name, and phone number of the recipient (this can be your number if you're wanting to transfer money to another card). Thank you for your feedback, and we look forward to hearing back from you.

I’m so glad to have an account like this. It’s reassuring to get texts of all activity on my account and the few times I’ve called to get help they have been great to work with. I refer your card to everyone that ask me questions about the services. Thanks again!
