Charlie has been a life line. If I encountered an issue or needed info. I would call, talk to a human and get assistance or answers. They have been very professional , polite and helpful. Signing up for Charlie was the smartest decision I ever made. I like it when rent is due, I sign in, fill out check, select date and off it goes. Keep up the great work.

When Charlie contacted me about direct deposit for my SSA check he made me promises about early pay and earning extra money. It's all true I have received my check 3-5 days early every month since I signed up for direct deposit. And he always lets me know about fraud issues. Everything that he has promised it shows that he is trustworthy and it's a great company to be involved with. Thank you Charlie for inviting me to be a member of your family. Sincerely Patricia Freeman
