I gave Charlie 5 stars because of my dealings with my acct. I had a problem where someone had charged my acct for something which I didn't authorize. I did not even know that company nor have I ever heard of them. They gave me satisfaction that they would get it settled. And they did. I am very happy with Charlie Financial.

I am very happy with my charlie bank…
I am very happy with my charlie bank account. I recently had a purchase which was declined and when I called the bank and spoke with customer service I was reassured a new card was being mailed out to me. They are very supportive of me and I am glad they hold my money
