I wouldn't even give one star if I could!!! Appallingly bad, won't accept any credit card you have saved to the account. When you get to the charging point ut says card not authorised but it's a valid bank card. You call and when you eventually get through they hang up. Wouldn't even bother but the nearest chargers to home!!!!!

Bonjour La borne CHARGEPOINT a beaucoup trop de limitations. Il n'y a pas de mode invité facilement utilisable. On peut avoir une carte et l'on doit a chaque fois aller dans l'application du telephone pour dire si c'est une charge professionnelle ou personnelle, et en plus uniquement pendant la durée de la charge , impossible de modifier par la suite. Beaucoup trop lourd a l'usage. Une carte professionnelle et une seconde carte invité serait tellment plus simple. Deuxieme bloquage , si on lance une charge professionnelle sur une autre borne , cela verouille votre borne personnelle alors que vous souhaitez l'utiliser a titre personnel.

Fallnummer (Case 15283079) Und schon wieder sind 4 Wochen vergangen und dieses mal sogar ohne die schwülstigen Beteuerungen dieser Abzocker. Leider gibt es keine negativen Sterne, denn dann müsste ich minus 5 Sterne vergeben. Die großen Firmen hofieren und dann über Mitarbeiterkonditionen die Kleinen abfischen und bescheißen. Auch auf die Gefahr der Wiederholung: LASST DIE FINGER WEG, ES GIBT BESSERE DEUTSCHE ANBIETER.

Ich frage mich ernsthaft, wie ein Unternehmen wie Mercedes-Benz mit ChargePoint zusammenarbeiten kann. Am 13.06.2026 wurden mir zwei unberechtigte Beträge in Höhe von insgesamt 98,08 € abgebucht. Laut ChargePoint soll ich mein Fahrzeug in London geladen haben. Das ist jedoch unmöglich: Ich war weder in London noch habe ich meine ChargePoint-Karte oder die App in den letzten Wochen überhaupt genutzt. Besonders enttäuschend ist der Kundenservice. Weder ist telefonisch jemand erreichbar, noch erhält man über den Chat Unterstützung. Auch auf mein über das Driver Support Formular eingereichtes Anliegen habe ich bislang keinerlei Rückmeldung erhalten. Unberechtigte Abbuchungen sind schon ärgerlich genug. Wenn dann zusätzlich keinerlei Kundenservice erreichbar ist, ist das für mich absolut inakzeptabel. Ich kann ChargePoint daher leider nicht empfehlen.

ChargePoint have been horrendous to deal with. They installed a home charger for my company at my home. The charger stopped working 3 months ago. I have made over ten phone calls to get the charger fixed. They just say we will get 'We power your car' to contact you but nobody ever returns my calls. Terrible service

Downloaded app and entered details only to find that my bank card verification kept getting rejected. Called Customer Services and they told me to go to the website instead but when I did there was no option to enter my details, or even log in to my account. I queried it and the person on the other end ghosted me. Turns out I clearly dodged a bullet there, based on the consumer reviews here.

Chargepoint have issued a memo to customers that the they are changing their business model from B2C to B2B, with a link to request a refund. The link continually fails to work, the customer call centre doesn't respond, and an email that I sourced through the T&C's fails to acknowledge receipt of my email. I have screengrabs, desktop recordings and voice recordings to support my claim. It looks from my POV that Chargepoint are hoping to get away the remaining funds in my account.

Personal accounts no longer valid. Astonishing! As if 22 June 2026 you can no longer link a credit card to a personal account so cannot benefit from membership rates. Nil point ChargePoint!
