I had to open an account with this company because there is no other way of using their EV chargers This has since required another £10 leaving my balance £13.29. I decided to close my account and get my balance returned - sounds simple but nothing happens. After 30 days I tried to email them ... no result; telephone on voicemail. It seems as if there is a policy to keep hold of customer's money

Après avoir ouvert un compte et commandé une carte Rfid (envoi payant), rien au bout de 7 semaines malgré 2 relances... Le support ne comprend pas le français et parfois même pas l'anglais. Rien n'avance.

Les bornes en panne ne sont jamais réparés, l app fonctionne très mal, impossible de changer de mot de passe après ne nombreuse tentative impossible de se connecter à mon compte donc pas de facture Très cher, pour un service inexistant Voilà des mois que chez nous elles ne fonctionnent pas Entreprise vraiment pas sérieuse Voir même des escros , j imagine la contrariété de ceux qui les ont fait installer et investi dans des bornes qui sont à l arrêt depuis des mois

Beware of ChargePoint! I stopped to use one of their chargers at a service station and after 3 unsuccessful attempts to connect the vehicle, I decided to try their app. In order to do this you have to set up an account which wants you to be a minimum of £10 in credit so it automatically tops up your account. Upon finding this out and now have nearly £15 stuck in charge points bank instead of my own, I have tried numerous times to close my account and remove my details, but all the app does is send an email to ChargePoint, who do not appear to do anything! It’s a classic example of a big company trying to take your money for nothing and they are in breach of GDPR as I have requested numerous times that they remove my details and payment details but they remain. I will never use their chargers again

This company needs new CTO or CEO ... or both Upon creation of my profile on their mobile app I can not login to it neither on mobile app, nor on any browser. To add insult to injury their support page does not allow me to submit my complaint because you need to choose a type of complaint with drop down box, but does not work. I guess I am not renting an EV next time, Elon :)

Il font en sorte de remplir leur tiroire caisse avec une obligation de maintenir un minimum de solde sur le compte pour eventuellement jouer avec votre argent. Pour une simple recharge a 2€, çà ma couter 10. Et je ne peux meme pas utilisé mes 10 sans qu'il m'en preleve de nouveau 1O. Fuillez, sauf si vous etes en mega rade. Je comprends pourquoi il y a jamais personne en charge sur ces bornes...

Bonjour, le calcul du prelevement fonctionne comme suit : le 1Er prelevement est de 10€ afin d'avoir un crédit d'utilisation ensuite les montants prélevés sont calculés sur la moyenne d'usage sur les 3 derniers mois.

I charged my Tesla at the Hanger in Lon beach today. I charged for 4 hours and it only charged 1%. I started at 52% and when I got back to the car it was 53%. Guess what? I was charged $10 for that I will never charge charge point again Super charger will be way cheaper for me

It's important to understand that the speed at which your car charges is indeed dependent on your vehicle's battery capacity. For instance, if your car does not support a 300 kWh charging speed, you will not be able to charge at this rate. To calculate the charging speed, you should divide the power of your battery by the power of the charger. Regarding the pricing, it's managed by the owner of the EV charging station and not by ChargePoint. This means that the cost per charge may vary from one station to another.
