Used charge point for the first and last time today they are ridiculously expensive avoid them like the plague. Charge point said £4.79 was there less than an hour using a 7.2kw charge point they charged me £15 NEVER AGAIN.

It looks like I am not the only one that had and awful experience with Customer Service. Approximately 10 days ago, our unit stopped working. We were unable to charge either of our vehicles at home. With multiple calls with customer service. They cannot fix the issue. We were told that somebody would get in touch with us for potentially replacing our unit, which was approximately six weeks old. At this point, we are still not heard from the company except for somebody checking in today to see if there’s anything they can do for us we have not heard about replacing our unit via email text or call. Although this unit gets high ratings for being one of the best home charging units. I am concerned about the next time something happens we need to purchase a brand new unit. It still have not heard from the company. I would advise strongly that you purchase unit. There are other companies out there That hopefully better, Customer Service.

Die Abrechnung erfolgt über Kreditkarte. Die Karte wird schon mit zehn Euro belastet, bevor man überhaupt ein Ladevorgang startet. Anschließend wird die Karte mit einer Zahlung belastet und das Geld wird dem ChargePoint Konto zugeführt. Das finde ich extrem unseriös. Eine Anfrage beim Support wird auch noch mit zwei Euro berechnet. Solche Anbieter braucht kein Mensch.

Too late. I’ll be deleting the app. I tried their station for the first and last time. It’s right beside my house at a community centre. I signed up and when I tried to use the charger it said there was a network issue for 3 tries. I then called the support number on the charger and was on hold for 5-10 min. It’s cold outside and I’m annoyed bc of the inconvenience. Not a good first impression.

Total scam, ChargePoint went from automatic stealing money from my credit card in advance, it went from 40 euros to 60 and then 100, yesterday they stole 270 euros !!! Apparently it is to do with the amount I charge BUT when your usage goes down they do not adjust the amount down !!! Try to get in touch ! Basically if you don’t like it you can cancel your card ! No other option ! Normally you would be asked in advance how much do you want to top up your credit But ChargePoint keep taking as much as they like ! Surely it is illegal ?

First use I was double charged.. A week later I tried the same charger station but different number..it was like pulling teeth said charger not recognised after several attempts..Oooof… Then card not recognised then not charging try again give up..unplugged my car and drive home with the charge I had when I arrived at the EV charge point.. Opposite of a simplified user friendly experience!! Used at Cheshire Oaks..
