I wish I could give them zero stars. My ChargePoint charger has not worked for almost a month and customer service does not care. They keep giving us the runaround and extending the time to fix it every week. Do not use them and do not install them as a home charger trust me you will be highly disappointed.

Absolute scam, avoid like the plague, they appear to charge for the unit and rental of use separately. No clear tariff charges on display at the docking station. Cost us £20 in total, for just 7 miles worth of electric charge. It would have been cheaper to use my diesel car and pay the equally ridiculous ULEZ charge.

The app keeps taking money from account, you can't even select the amount like I'm the podpoint app. Really bad and had a right maire to get it paid back to my account. My advice avoid and find a pod point

Complete waste of a space and shambles of a company. First would not let me register through the app. Finally when it did would not accept any of my credit cards. Wasted 30 minutes of my precious time with this joker of a company. Also reading all the other reviews I am glad none of mine credit cards got accept. Also find it amusing they only accept credit cards and not debit or Paypal. I can see why with debit cards you card do a charge-back which this crook of a company takes those rights away from you by making you pay by credit card so they can get away with murder ripping off customers. Shame on you Chargepoint!!

Well I got text message stating how much was my charge, while I was at home asleep. So explain how does this happened? Now chargepoint randomly charging people credit cards now without their knowledge? Wow....what a SCAM!
