ChargePointReviews of chargepoint.com

I wish I can give not even one star they are scammer They took my money over $500 and when I try to return it because my City refused to give me a permit for installation because I don’t have a garage or driveway. I contact the company and I begged them to return make my money. I didn’t even open the box yet and I was passing only like 10 days after the 30 days notice but unfortunately send many many email talking to the customer service many time and they refused to do it as soon as you get their hand in your money, you will never let go. I wish I can write down a review for every website to know what kind of people do not buy anything from them again do not buy anything from them because when you have a problem, you will never can return it. I wish I read the review before I buy anything from them. This is my mistake.

I really wanted to like ChargePoint, but after this experience, I’m completely done. Just to be clear, this isn’t about the charger itself, which is fine, it’s about the absolute nightmare that is their customer service. I can honestly say this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I’ve been trying to get this sorted from July all the way through to September. I have given them months to resolve this, yet I’ve essentially been ignored, despite continuously sending correspondence. When they do reply, they make it clear they aren’t reading the previous emails. I genuinely believe they are doing it on purpose to stall. In every single response, they’ve completely failed to understand the actual issue, forcing me to repeat myself over and over, only to get irrelevant, scripted answers. The whole journey has been a total disaster from the start. I’ve had to chase them multiple times for basic things. The worst of it was an account security breach where I was suddenly hit with over £180 in charges for electricity used in multiple locations at the same time. Instead of fixing their own system error, they made me jump through hoops to prove it wasn't me. To top it all off, despite all the stress, errors, and wasted time, they outright refused to help. Even though I only asked for a minimal compensation (£10) for the headaches they caused, they made it clear with their silence and dismissals that they couldn't care less. On top of the terrible service, their prices aren't even competitive. I would genuinely rather drive further to use a competitor than ever have to deal with ChargePoint's support team again. Save yourself the stress and avoid them.

Don't not use chargepoint, every time you use them they take a holding fee of £50, and any money owed take upto 5-7 working day to go back into your account, where other charging points refund you the different upto an hour later say away from chargepoint

Terrible experience. Tried to use at thorpe park, couldn't use the app, very time consuming. Wouldn't work no matter how many times I tried gave up and went to another charging point. Avoid.

Avoid !!! digital crooks, charging here £4.5 charge. charged on card £15. No way of getting money back. Tried everything on website

I am in charge of our company's two charging stations, they are not open for public use and we only have about three cars using them. I have been dealing with ChargePoint bad customer service for weeks now. We made the discission to renew the service contract and its been weeks of questions that I answer never end. All we want to do it pay them and they keep asking yet again more questions. today was the last straw, after answering two more they sent me another question and gave and decided to use a nick name (which I hate and never use) I exploded on them. They should be dealing with the public and should be out of business based on their reviews alone. AVOID.
