I agree that this company totally sucks!! Their app is horrendous and so is customer service in India! I’ve never had such a bad experience trying to get this device up and running. It constantly says “can’t find charger” and tech support keeps telling me to unplug and plug the device back in. I’ve done it going on 11 times with no new change??? At some point just acknowledge that the unit is defective, okay? No one should be spending hours (3-4 a day) trying to troubleshoot the issue. Autel is wayyyyy better and connects first time around.

Mir wurden für 12kw etwas über 43€ abgebucht bzw. berechnet. Das kann man offensichtlich nicht richtig sein. Ich habe ein Ticket eröffnet, es kam jedoch nie eine Antwort des Support Teams! Behalte mir eine Strafanzeige wegen Betrugs vor, wenn man sich die Bewertungen hier anschaut scheint das ja Masche zu sein.

⚠️ Achtung – Massive Sicherheitsmängel und Betrugsverdacht! ⚠️ Am 29.07. wurde mein Account – wie offensichtlich auch zahlreiche andere – gehackt. In der Folge wurden mir mehrere Hundert Euro unberechtigt vom Konto abgebucht. Ich habe sofort Anzeige bei der Polizei erstattet. Trotz zahlreicher Anrufe bei der Hotline und mehrerer schriftlicher Kontakte per E-Mail mit dem Kundensupport, in denen mir eine Erstattung ausdrücklich zugesichert wurde, ist bis heute – nach Wochen – nichts passiert. Ich bin maßlos enttäuscht und empfinde das Verhalten des Unternehmens als unverantwortlich und inakzeptabel. Meine klare Warnung: Geben Sie diesem Unternehmen keine persönlichen Daten oder Zahlungsinformationen preis – Sie riskieren Betrug und wochenlange Vertröstungen.

I went online on Sunday evening 7th September to order a charger as it was 10%Deposit and the rest interest free over a certain amount of months. While I was going through the process, it came to a point where they wanted details from my banks and I have never been asked for the amount of info from my bank account so at that point I stopped the transaction and didn't give them the detail that they needed to aprove the finance. The next day I was appalled that they had taken the 10%deposit even though i had not approved the last bit being the finance. At this stage they had only had my card details. I emailed them on Monday 8th September cancelling the Charger point and explained that it should not been taken out of my account as I did not approve it. I was told that i would get my monies back in 7 working days.....most company's do it in 5 at most. It is now the 19th September and several emails later and I have still not recieved my money back. Please make sure that if you want a charger or anything else they will ask for info and want to go actually into your bank details , unfortunately if you get to this point they will have already taken monies out of your account. That in my view is fraudulent and they should be investigated for scamming people out of money. Looking at the feedback now, it looks like this is common practise. Be very aware. It is now Monday 22nd and still no refund.

J’ai utilisé la borne ChargePoint sur le Parking Super U de Grasse, pendant que je faisais mes courses. J’ai utilisé l’application et déclaré une Twingo. Je chargeais deux fois par mois pour des sommes de 3, 4 ou environ 5€. La nuit du 19 Juillet, des charges importantes ont été effectuées toutes les heures, depuis Londres, par de grosses voitures pour un total de 210€. Aucune sécurité n’a été déclenchée par ChargePoint devant l’hérésie du lieu, du type de voiture, de la fréquence des charges. Malgré de nombreux appels téléphoniques et courriels, je n’ai toujours pas été remboursée. À FUIR, ENTREPRISE MALHONNÊTE ET NON SÉCURISÉE.

C’est de l’arnaque Pur et simple . Du vol . j’ai chargé sur une borne Chargepoint débité de 180 euros puis sur mon compte il recharge automatiquement . On devrait tous porter plainte en masse et envoyez ces ordures en prison !!

Does not charge for what you use, but takes extra money to keep a balance , asked for a refund, closed account , weeks on , four emails three phone calls still no refund despite promises .Do not use !

Ich wollte mich nur erkundigen, wie das Laden funktioniert, kam mit dem Handy zu nah an die Säule, da wurde mir gleich über die eWallet 5 Euro belastet. Nach dem Abbruch des Vorgangs (ich war zu Fuss unterwegs) wurden mir die 5 Euro nicht zurückerstattet. Das ist Abzocke!
