I bought it about 3 years ago I charged…
I bought it about 3 years ago I charged my car maybe 70 times called customer service they told me it’s fried need to purchase a new one at full cost so I recommend to buy another charger like Hypercharge

Also Hacked account
My card details used to charge a car or cars 200 miles away. I had to deleted my account and informed my bank and cancel my bank card , I have raised a ticket with chargepoint. Other Chargepoint users should change there Password at least. Plus if i did not have SMS notifications on my phone the problem would have been worse. but i notice they mention that they soon will not send you SMS notifications ? I have have now been fully refunded

The APP AUTOMATICALLY LOAD $10
The APP AUTOMATICALLY LOAD $10 WITHOUT MY CONSENT! The app was set as PAY AS YOU GO FOR YEARS!! like my Tesla app!! The station in question display show first 4 hours FREE station then it charge $.10/kwh after 4 hours. But now I see it a charge a $.25/kwh for ENERGY RATE??? After couple phone call with really broken English which sometime is hard to understand and email. They refund the $9 in payment but would not refund the $.25/kwh charge without a picture of the station display. The station is near a hiking trail an hour away from my home!!! SO BEWARE HOW THIS APP AUTOMATICALLY BILL YOU FOR $10 AND SET IT ON AUTO RELOAD WITH OUT YOUR PERMISSION!!!

Let me provide some info: Charges for using a ChargePoint station are processed through the app. Users must enter their payment info in the app before their first charge. To verify the payment method, ChargePoint charges a small fee, which is refunded after verification. When you start your first EV charging session, a $10 charge will be applied to your account to keep a balance. Unreliable
I have chargers at work. These chargers are not reliable in their operation. This company is the reason potential ev customers won't choose a non-Tesla. If they could improve their infrastructure and reliability, then it would give people more confidence that if they select a non-Tesla, we won't be stranded due to the low quality machines. Chargepoint get your act together. I want to use your product but you are making me regret my decision to purchase another manufacturer outside of Tesla.

1.1 euro for ONE KW of power?!?
1.1 euro for ONE KW of power? Are you High? That's equivalent to around 10 euros pr. liter of gasoline in terms of price pr. energy unit and a 170% markup. Holy moly I am in the wrong business. They get two stars only because they worked - but I will make an effort to NEVER use them again. Also, registering with my Visa or Paypal as first time customer is WAAY to complicated. Why do they need my home address and phone number? I can pay with visa anywhere else by just swiping and be done with it.

Collecting details like your address and phone number is part of industry-standard security and verification measures—especially for services involving authorisation holds and refunds—but we fully recognise this can feel excessive compared to a simple retail transaction. I have ChargePoint charge for my home
I have ChargePoint charge for my home which has failed me for the second time. The first time the cord was faulty and they were very quick to replace the cord with a new one. This time the charger has died. I got on the phone with the support tech, and we verified that the charger was no longer working. He told me that he couldn’t do anything to help me, but would forward my information to someone who could and that they would respond within 5 business days. They reached out to me telling me that the charger was still under warranty and requested that I send pics and proof of purchase and stated that a replacement charger would be sent to me as soon as that information was received. I immediately sent the requested documentation. Since then there has been silence. No one has gotten back to me. I have reached out via phone, email and web form and still no response. I’m going on three weeks without a charger and am baffled on what steps to take next. Every attempt I take is met with silence. Customer service is incredibly important to me and because theirs is lacking and I’ve had two issue with this charger, I can NOT recommend purchasing a charger from ChargePoint. Find a different brand, there are plenty good reliable ones out there.
