Chargeblast has been a lifesaver
Chargeblast has been a lifesaver for us to reliably keep our dispute rate below 0.3%. Their support has been extremely helpful for dealing with specific issues with our integration. They even released a brand new feature (adding dispute customers to our Stripe blocklist) within a day of me asking for it!

We’ve reviewed this feedback with the customer and addressed their concerns directly. While results can vary depending on transaction patterns and issuer behavior, we’re continuing to improve coverage and detection to reduce missed cases as much as possible.

Killer support team
Rowie and Jaycell are top-tier. I've never seen a customer support team go this deep technically. Give them a raise!

Chargeblast helped us a lot in reducing Stripe dispute rate!
Chargeblast reduced our Stripe dispute rate and saved us a lot of stress that comes with a rising dispute rate on stripe. If you are reading this, you already know that Stripe's threshold regarding the dispute rate is really low and they will start withholding 20-30 or even 50% of payout for up to 180 days. If your business is running on slim margins, this will kill your cashflow and then your business. Chargeblast helped us a lot. Recommended for anyone looking to reduce their dispute rate on Stripe!
