Chargeblast, an official partner of Stripe and Shopify, helps merchant clients reduce chargeback rates to 0% with pre-dispute alerts. Our clients receive alerts as soon as a customer opens a chargeback case and are able to refund the customer before the chargeback is officially recorded by the client's payment processor. We differentiate ourselves from other chargeback alert providers through tech enablement and white-glove client services, which saves our clients hours of time a week and provides them ease of mind. We also provide representment services, automated chargeback refund services, and an ecosystem of partners that can help you optimize your business to drive faster revenue growth and larger margins.

2 Years of Experience with Chargeblast
I've been using Chargeblast for around two years, and my experience has been extremely disappointing.
For weeks, I've been trying to disconnect my account, but the offboarding process has taken over three weeks. During my time as a customer, I received a large number of fraudulent alerts that were already lost cases by the time I was notified, meaning the alerts didn't help prevent a chargeback. I ended up wasting over $2,000 in one month on alerts that provided no value.
The most frustrating part is what happened when I decided to leave. Suddenly I was offered significantly better pricing, including Ethoca for $25, RDR/CDRN for $15, the Blocklist feature, and a dedicated customer success team via Slack, WhatsApp, or Telegram. None of these offers were made while I was an active customer paying full price for two years. They only appeared once I wanted to cancel.
After I declined the offer, I was still expected to pay for all of the fraudulent alerts at the original expensive pricing. That left a very bad impression.
Another issue is their communication. Instead of resolving issues directly, everything gets pushed to email because "specialists will take care of it," which only slows everything down and makes the support experience frustrating.
Overall, I can't recommend Chargeblast based on my experience. It felt like customer retention only became a priority once I wanted to leave. Long-term customers should be treated fairly before they decide to cancel, not only afterward.

Very slow service
Very slow service. The alerts came in literally 2 months after the actual chargebacks came in. Their systems are not prompt at tracking alerts as soon as the chargebacks are filed!

Absolutely disastrous experience
Absolutely disastrous experience with Chargeblast.
If your business depends on fast, accurate chargeback alerts and competent support, stay far away.
From day one, the onboarding was pure chaos easily the worst onboarding I’ve ever received from any service provider. Instructions were unclear, fragmented, and often contradictory. Instead of guiding me through the setup, I found myself constantly chasing them for answers and doing all the follow-ups myself just to get basic things moving.
Their team felt inattentive, slow, and completely indifferent to the fact that there’s real work and real revenue on the line when you’re dealing with chargebacks. When you’re running a DTC operation, timing and clarity are everything and they delivered neither. Responses took forever, and when they did arrive, they were vague and unhelpful.
The entire experience felt disorganized and careless. There was zero sense of urgency, zero ownership, and no proactive communication. I constantly had the impression that they simply didn’t care.
If you value your time, your business, and your sanity run the other way. There are far better, more professional services out there.

I'm baffled by the glowing reviews for Chargeblast.
I signed up expecting robust chargeback protection, but what I got was a clunky interface, unresponsive customer support, and a whopping zero reduction in chargebacks. It's like they're selling snake oil. How are they fooling so many people?
