There are a lot of words to describe the powerbanks - minimal, reliable, quick, handy. However, I think the most accurate word to describe them is durable. I'm quite a klutz when it comes to my personal belongings and I admit that I dropped these a few times. If it were other powerbanks, I bet they would have been broken by now. But these ones barely have a scratch on them. They are working perfectly fine still

You really won't run out of items to choose from. I have several gadgets and unfortunately, not all of them have the same ports. I was able to find cables for USB 2A, USB C, Lighting, and even micro USB. Very impressed with the variety being offered

I really like how well built the fast chargers are. They feel sturdy but more importantly, they charge your devices extremely fast. The one I just bought from here has to be the best one I've ever owned.

I can say from experience that the chargers here are really high quality. I've already bought a couple from here and they have already outlasted some of my OEM chargers. This being so even if I use the OEM chargers less.

It has been hard to find a charging bank for my laptop that doesn't weigh as much as a brick. Flash definitely fit what I was looking for in terms of portability and ease of use

Hi Ben, thank you for your feedback and we're sorry to hear your experience hasn't been what you expected, we'll try our best to help you resolve it promptly and would like your cooperation in order to do so. Our Flash is compatible with Samsung devices for wireless charge except for Samsung Galaxy watches as Samsung has chosen to make its wireless charging protocol different from that of standard Qi devices and Apple Watches. As we don't require our customers to send back products to us for assessment, we have certain procedures in place to allow our team to make an asessment and replacements are arranged if required. I've taken a look at our email history and there hasn't been any mention of "the battery capacity will not fully charge a iPhone 12 one time." We advise providing all the necessary details to the team member assisting you so we are able to help you reach a resolution faster. Based on your feedback, it does appear the Flash you received was faulty and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent. We do apologise if you've felt it's taken us time to respond. Our email history shows that our team members have responded to you within 48 hours of receiving your reply so we'd like to understand how you feel it takes week to respond.
