We have been made aware of the issues reported, and our team is now expanding to be able to cater to our backers inquiry faster. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience caused. Our system used to sorts tickets according to its latest update, from oldest to the newest. Sending of multiple emails would cause your ticket to be pushed to the most recent ones and be less prioritized by our system, especially we have been receiving a lot of inquiries during this period. This sorting system has been fixed, and this shall no longer cause delays. While we are sad to know that your experience with us isn't the best, know that we are grateful for your support, and your suggestions are noted for the improvement of our products and services. Hi Bob, we wish to clarify that our company is not a scam and does not engage in fraudulent activities. Our products are covered with international replacement warranty subject to assessment and validation of our technical team. For purchases via our crowdfunding platforms, refunds are no longer possible as the contributions made by backers for their pledge has been used already for the production and development of the product. We also would like to clarify that purchasing via crowdfunding platforms is different from purchasing from a normal store. The nature of crowdfunding is such that campaigns on Indiegogo or Kickstarter are raising funds for work-in-progress projects, ideas, or causes. Contributing to a campaign and claiming a perk on Indiegogo is not the same as buying a product online. There will be no exchanges or returns for change of mind.
