This is not a trustable company. Do your research, you will be surprised at how unprofessional, lack of communication with dealerships and amount of time they take to answer. Not to mention they will find any loophole not to pay or fulfill their contract

About a year ago I signed up only to find out I have several months to go on my factory warranty. I called, canceled my account and received a refund. I was surprised when my factory warranty was up and when I called Champion they had all of my information and I was up and running with little hassle. Thanks! I give you an A+ for customer service.

I recently ran over some nails on the side of the road, resulting in my tire being damaged. I remembered my policy with Champion included rim and tire, so I called them up. They reimbursed me the full cost of the tire replacement, which was great. Customer service was also very nice, I spoke to Michelle. Overall I can tell this is a great company and I'm glad I purchased my warranty from them

I wanted to get a warranty for my husband on his prized Mercedes Benz. I don't know too much about cars but the gentleman I spoke with, I think his name was Ralph, was able to explain everything to me and come up with a policy that would cover us on everything we needed. He was very polite and encouraged me to think about my options and get all my ducks lined up in a row. I appreciated thqt he wasn't pushy with me. He also was able to get me a voucher to cover thecost of my next few car washes, which was splendid. I ended up purchasing with them. So far customer service has been very courteous and very helpful and timely in responding to my every request. I feel confident in my decision to buy and will recommend this company to friends and family.

I bought with this company because they were able to give me a much better rate than their competitors, and the list of covered items was much better was much better than I found with other companies. my recent experience with claims proved to me I made the right decision. My car broke down on the road in the middle of the night and I was almost a hundred miles from home. I called Champion and their roadside assistance team got a tow truck out to me quickly to tow my Buick to a local shop. Because I had to spend the night in a motel there, they even reimbursed me for that. In the morning they paid the claim to the mechanic and I was back on the road. This is a great company and I'm very pleased with my decision to be their customer

Bought a policy from Kyle on my Harley Davidson motorcycle. He totally understood what I needed from an extended warranty and got me a plan that fit that. It even included the rim and tire coverage, which was a great deal. I had to file a claim for a bent rim it sustained recently and it was a fast painless experience, they paid it out promptly. Lawrence sold me a policy on my Volvo S60 earlier this year. I found him to be very courteous and not at all pushy. He explained the plan and the claims process in a very concise manner. Recently, I had to go in for a claim and I also had a positive experience with that. My check engine light came on in my dashboard, so I took the car into the local auto repair shop. My mechanic told me the transmission was on its way out. I sent Champion the bill for the replacement and they paid the whole thing promptly.
