I have not yet had the opportunity to use this warranty as I just purchased it a month ago and so far everything is going good with my car. However I did want to share my recent experience with setting up the policy. The service representative Lawrence was extremely helpful in helping me narrow down my options and very patient understanding and helpful. I really appreciated that he was not pushy. So far the customer service I've received has been excellent.

Champion honored my claim on my transmission replacement. They saved me a lot of money and I'm very happy with them. Ralph in particular was very aggressive in getting the issue resolved promptly.
