While looking for counter high chairs for my island I came across an ad from CHAIRUS and I decided to check them out. I found one model that fit my decor and my budget, I placed the order and received the delivery before the delivery date. The chairs were easy to assemble and they look great. We are very pleased with our purchase.

San
Great chairs except the fact that they can be uneven in height.
Response from CHAIRUSNov 5, 2025
Hello San, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback! It's great to know you love the chair design, and we're sorry to learn that the height is uneven. To help fix this, please check the bottom of the chair legs—you'll find adjustable glides. Simply twist each one clockwise or counter-clockwise to raise or lower the legs until the chair sits perfectly level. If you need any assistance with this, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service team; we'll be happy to guide you through it. Warmest regards, Chairus Team
