Absolute Frechheit mit Hyperwallet.

i hate cg trader. keeps declining my payments to the designer due to suspected fraud. the only way to contact them is through email. they may get back to me in 3 to 5 days. once this project is finished i won't be hiring any more designers through though cg trader. have had enough of this crap.

I've been a CGTrader seller for many years, appreciating the platform's services. However, recent changes, particularly the switch to Hyperwallet for payments, have left me dissatisfied. The decision to introduce an additional intermediary financial company means losing more commissions. When I initially registered, payment conditions were different, and this sudden alteration feels like a breach of trust. These changes, touted as improvements, only seem to complicate matters and can be disheartening for sellers like myself. Sadly, this has led me to consider exploring alternative marketplaces that align better with the initial conditions I valued when joining CGTrader.

This company is forcing ALL of their artists to sign up with hyperwallet which is not actually a mandatory thing in order to continue receiving payments with paypal. I tried signing up and everything glitched out on me, and when I called the folks at hyperwallet they said the problem was with cgtrader. When I contacted cgtrader about this, they totally deflected the blame onto me as if I were doing something wrong and they weren't willing to read in detail the actual problem and deliver solutions accordingly. After this I had no choice but to pull my products with them considering how difficult they were making things for me to continue selling with them. Now after the incident, they have skipped the usually scheduled payout on the 20th of the month and they are not telling me why they are holding back my money. I'm assuming they're going to hold my last payment hostage until I sign up with hyperwallet which may be the only way they'll pay it out. Remember, these are limitations that they are setting as they could just simply still choose to pay me the traditional way through the normal PayPal route. If you're an artist I would avoid this site like the plague!!! Besides the difficult payment scheme, their upload form is way glitchy and prone to losing / unlinking files like preview images etc. I'm still waiting to hear back from them about the payment that they're refusing to give me. I EARNED THAT MONEY AND I WANT IT NOW!!!

Keep an eye out for CC statement. Invoices are always different from the actual charge. It makes it very hard to do business when invoices do not match up with the CC statement

Awful service regarding payments! They forced users to move to Hyperwallet without leaving any choice!!!

quand je veux télécharger un modèle sur ce site, CGTrader me dit: veuillez patienter ... secondes quand les ... secondes sont passées, il me met des formats de téléchargement: fbx, obj etc. et quand je clique sur l'un d'eux, il me refait veuillez patienter ... secondes et au bout des ... secondes IL REVIENT SUR LA MÊME PAGE!! Et cela indéfiniment. Néanmoins, c'est un site très complet qui propose autant de modèles gratuits que payants

I was a selling 3d print designer on cgtrader for years. Yesterday i deleted all my payed models. The reason: cgtrader only wants to pay me using the hyperwallet. Problem is that hyperwallet is a scam. I ask them if they can pay me in other ways, but no. They do not give a f***. Do not buy from them, only download free models. They dont care about the designers anymore..... They say they value the content creators, but asked us nothing. Sorry but you only care about yourself....cgtrader
