Fantastic customer service
I have used CG Trader for Years as a Designer and it is a fantastic platform to be a designer on! The customer service has been excellent and always very polite and respectful!

Horrible place
I purchased a model for an project with urgent deadline that I could not download, because download page was blank. Wrote to the customer service, no reply for two days. The user whose model I bought replied in a couple of hours and pointed out that the problem is with the site, that he has been trying to reach them but nothing happened. I lost the project and I payed for a model I did not receive. A truly horrible way to conduct a business. So if you want to get robbed, come to CGTrader.

My experience with the CGtrader support…
My experience with the CGtrader support was super great, i had a uploading issue where my model kept getting suspended for no reason and in a matter of two days the issue got solved. Also the interactions with the mediator was super friendly, empathic and helpful, keep up the good work for us sellers to keep enjoying the platform

Absolutely terrible
Absolutely terrible. Wasting customers time by being intransparent about what you can download or not. Never using this service again.

awful customer service and refund…
awful customer service and refund policy. also the site loads like garbage. very slow to load. the way you download your purchases is ridiculous. really outdated design and just a poor website

Hi there, We are sorry for your bad experience on our site. Our Refund policy is designed to protect both the seller and the buyer, so it needs to be fair for both sides. We always issue a refund if the buyer made a mistake when purchasing (and did not download the files) or if there is anything wrong with the model (technical issues, missing or corrupted files, incorrect or confusing description). However, we can't issue refunds if the model is working, matches the description and the user has already downloaded the files, since that would not be fair to the designer (seller).

His support theam is just great
His support theam is just great! We had a payment issue and it took them lees that 20 min to response and solve it. Just perfect.

The best 3d trading site
This website is probably the best 3d Model trading website out there. You get nearly everything from your saleprice (most of the money that gets taken away is taxes) and you can reduce the money that gets taken away pretty easy and fast. You get 70% of your earnings at the beginning and you can earn very fast 80% or more. The support service is super nice and always really fast to answer. I never waited more than an hour to get an answer. You can get in touch with clients easy. All in all wounderful experience.
