The way I understand that Crystal fusion is my insurance and the guy that put my window in is from a different company hired by Crystal fusion. The work that was done was excellent. The guy that came and did it was personable and explain things to me easily. I’m not sure what the program is or the way things work with the insurance company, but I contacted them. They contacted me back and then I waited for a week and a half almost 2 weeks before the glass came in for me to get my windshield replaced. Seems like it would be a little faster than that. For what the insurance cost me, I will have to replace my windshield three times to break even on the cost of the insurance so I gave it a three star because as far as insurance concerned it’s about average.

Unfortunately, sometimes the OEM windshield may be out of stock and needs to be ordered to your location, which can cause delays. Thank you for your feedback — we’ll use it to help improve our service for Crystal Fusion customers.

I have had to use my warranty for Crystal Fusion a couple of times and it has been the most pleasant experience of any company I have dealt with in my life! The agents are very easy to work with and then dealer who has replaced my windshield is phenomenal!
