The process was very easy and the response from the local firm who handles the claims for Crystal Fusion was great. We were on vacation in Colorado but the firm who handled the claim made it easy and without issue.

I'd love to give it a 5 star because it paid for everything and put in a new windshield at no cost to me. But, the first time that crystal fusion put in a new windshield, it only lasted two months and then I had another crack from a rock chip that ended up becoming a 4 to 5 inch crack in my windshield. Therefore, I had to have crystal fusion put in a second windshield. I honestly thought that the crystal fusion would be stronger and regular rock chips from semis, pickup trucks, and so forth would not affect my windshield, but it did. I simply wish the crystal fusion was stronger!
