She took the time to listen and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. Everything was handled clearly and respectfully. I truly appreciate Haley’s compassion and would highly recommend CertaPet to anyone seeking professional assistance with an emotional support animal.

Extremely satisfied customer
The process was quick and simple! From start to finish it roughly took 3 days. The therapist that reached out to me, Haley, was extremely professional, helpful and friendly. I applied for an ESA letter, and what that covered was explained to me in full. Definitely would not hesitate to use Certapet again! Thank you very much
