Certapet is so fast and friendly. I got my ESA letter for flights within a couple days. I was not asked pervasive questions about my mentall illness. I felt as though I was respected in the process. In addition, I was extremely satisfied with the letter. I have been on multiple commercial airlines with absolutely no problem. I very much appreciate the work of this service.
