They canceled my flight to Uzbekistan and did not even warn me. I couldn't check in, and only found the information after searching, on their facebook page. They only sent me a cancelation notice over one week of then the flight was supposed to take place, after my complaint. They refunded me, but did not compensate me for the alternative much more expensive flight I had to take.

WORST EVER AIRLINE Horrible support, answers literally any time they want whether its midnight or midday and no solutions to problems! The plane overall is good just bit tight as every low coster basically Delayed my flight for 24 hours its not even first time happening, last time m my flight was delayed for 6 hours right at the airport we had to wait My return flight was also with them and they literally rescheduled it after onboardnig and delayed for 7 hours!!! im not buying no tickets from them aymore

On a 2 April about 80 people couldn't fly cause they sold more tickets than seats And my ticket was on 1 April it's changed on 2 but this disaster company doesn't care about human rights

Tashkent-Guangzhou und retour. Alles gut. Die Flugbegleiter freundlich, hilfsbereit und kompetent. Alkoholfreie Getränke werden überdurchschnittlich oft angeboten. Essen ist gut. Flugzeug sehr gut. Reine Economy Flüge. Toiletten waren immer sauber. Eine klare Empfehlung.

I had a very disappointing experience with this airline. My flight was delayed by more than 6 hours, which caused my transfer time to increase to nearly 10 hours. Despite such a long delay, no proper assistance was provided. There were no meal vouchers, no clear communication, and no effort to support passengers during the wait. What made the situation worse was the lack of customer service. I could not contact to airline even. Overall, very poor service, no accountability, and a frustrating experience. I would not recommend this airline.

Sind mit einem Sonderflug von DERTOUR von Phuket über Taschkent nach Frankfurt geflogen. Wider erwarten ein angenehmer, ruhiger Flug. Crew toll, Essen gut nur eben die fehlende Unterhaltung... Aber es geht auch mal ohne, wenn man nach Hause will. Daumen hoch für Centrum Air.

Ich saß fünf Tage in Bangkok fest – DERTOUR hat sich zum Glück um alles gekümmert. Seit gestern sind wir wieder in Deutschland. Der Rückflug ging mit Zwischenstopp in Samarkand (Usbekistan) zum Tanken. Geflogen sind wir mit Centrum Air – eine noch junge Fluggesellschaft mit neuen Flugzeugen. Ich war ehrlich gesagt positiv überrascht, insgesamt ein wirklich angenehmer Flug. Man darf nicht vergessen, dass es sich um eine Low-Cost-Airline handelt: Es gibt keine Bildschirme an Bord, dafür aber ausreichend Essen und Getränke. Für Kurzstrecken ist man hier definitiv gut aufgehoben. Bei längeren Flügen würde ich persönlich eher Qatar & Co. bevorzugen.
