Schlechteste Fluggesellschaft!! Wir hatten einen Flug von Bishkek nach Tashkent der um 14:20 Uhr gehen sollte. Am Flughafen erst erfuhren wir von einer Verspätung von 4 Stunden. Auf Anfrage ob es wenigstens Wasser aufgrund der Verspätung gebe, hieß es wir sollen bei dem Kundenservice anrufen, vllt könnten diese etwas organisieren. Am Ende wurde nichts organisiert. Ohne Wasser und Essen warteten wir also auf unseren nun auf 18:30 Uhr verschobenen Flug. Erst um 19 Uhr fing das Boarding an und letztlich flog das Flugzeug um 20 Uhr mit einer Verspätung von 5,5 Stunden los. Während der ganzen Zeit gab es keine Informationen und die Organisation am Bagge Drop war miserabel.

Anstatt 14:20 Uhr Abflug sind wir um 20 Uhr geflogen! Keine Informationen erhalten. Erst am Flughafen am Infoschalter! Haben unseren Anschlusszug nach Samarkand verpasst und mussten in Taschkent übernachten. Über 150€ für Zug und Übernachtung verloren, da wir bereits auch eine Unterkunft in Samarkand gebucht hatten und natürlich 2 Tage an Zeit! Nie wieder mit dieser Airline. Bekamen nur ein kleines Wassser - keine Verpflegung, keine Entschuldigung. Eine Frechheit

Hello !! I really want to warn all of you , please don’t look that the flight is cheap ,that’s totally a scam they just wanted to sell there tickets and one it reach it maximum limit they don’t stop ,let’s suppose there are 50 tickets they will sell 60 and the passengers who are completed in first 50will go inside and the rest will be told to wait outside for no reason and at last they will say that the flight had been take off and you are late !!!! This is the same scene which happens to me !!!! Without any reason they put an offload stamp on my passport and return me back and that staff is extremely rude that they know what’s happening so they are just laughing at the side and giving extremely sarcastic behavior! So please be aware and take an expensive flight rather than taking such an extreme disguised flight .

Under no circumstances should you rely on your flight with centrum. I have traveled to over 109 countries and have never been treated so poorly. My initial flight to Tashkent was delayed repeatedly and eventually left six hours late, causing me to miss my second flight. I was repeatedly lied to during the course of this time. First I was told that agent was “100%” the flight would be no more than three hours late. Then I was reassured after it was delayed to 3 am (six hours late) that they would hold the second flight for me. On the plane the said they would be waiting for me. Then they refused to let me disembark prior to other passengers despite my 40 minutes to make my connection. They also lied to me about how I could just walk from arrivals to departures, they are several km apart and a taxi is required. Also be ready for ATMs not to work. On arrival at the desk for my second flight, the agent refused to engage me and it took over five minutes to get attention. I was then literally given a brushed off motion and told there was nothing they could do. The ticketing agent I then approached after literally asked me “what do you expect me to do?” And told me there was no way she could refund the flight because she “couldn’t see it.” Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with an airline by a large margin, I’m going to be contacting the local government as they broke several regulations requiring obligations to passengers.

Had a very pleasant experience with no delays. There is much more legroom and sitting space here compared to Ryanair or Wizz Air, and they even serve complimentary food and water. The gate agent at check-in was even joking with me about how a Virgo could survive backpacking :)

★☆☆☆☆ Very disappointing experience. A transaction of €681.11 was charged to my card as a result of a phishing scam. I immediately contacted Centrum Air, explained that I was the victim of fraud, and requested assistance in recovering the funds. Although the company replied to my messages, I have not received a refund and the issue remains unresolved. I also requested information that could help with the investigation, including whether the ticket was used and whether the booking could be cancelled. The company advised me to contact my bank and request a chargeback, but despite my efforts and extensive correspondence, the funds have still not been returned. As a victim of fraud, I expected more cooperation and assistance in resolving this situation. Unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing.
