I've been trying to log into centrobill with fancentro login details but it won't allow me and I want to cancel my subscription if you can contact me back on my email that would be lovely.

I keep trying to contact them about them charging me 4 different times when my subscription actually never went through. One: I just wanted to try it and didn’t work. I don’t want it. Two: I want my refund for the 4 times they charged me for 34 dollars.

Dear Alex, As we have said previously, we haven't charged a single dollar from your card. We have received "Do not honor" reply from your bank for two attempts and blocked your 3rd attempt without even trying to process it through your bank. There is just nothing we can refund. We believe your bank mistakenly reserved the funds, and our suggestion is that you should call them to clear this up. Regards, Centrobill Team

They are a fraud site . Their Influencers take money and don't do anything. I subscribed to Sophie Dee and I wasn't added back. And when I tried to contact bthem they said they only handle payments and they won't do anything. Don't put your money to waste.

Sir, I’m unable to login into centrobill.com website to cancel my free trial subscription there. It keeps prompting error that email id not correct and that I should login from email used for purchase, which is not true, it is the email I registered and got confirmation from fancentro website through email, i have send them Screenshots also. I’ve mailed them couple of time but they have not responded. Waiting for email responce from them. Issue resolved. Thank you guys😊 If only they are as responsive on emails as on trustpilot, Non of above misunderstanding took place. I’ve got refunded my payment successfully. Zohaib

Zohaib, There are no successful payments made with the email you provided in your review. Chances are that you mistyped it and therefore now unable to log in to our website. Hi Caiden, You have two subscriptions. The one that you are asking for a refund has been created only yesterday. The other one was created on 15th, and you haven't reported any issues about it. So please clarify - is yesterday's one really the one you've been waiting to be added for 5 days? Dear Alvin, There are indeed two free trials that were started and canceled within a day on 11th of June. And you were not charged for them. However, on 13th and 15th you made two more purchases. These two were not free trials, and therefore you were charged instantly.
