Absolutely the worst shipping company I have ever seen. They let my pallets set for 6 days prior to winter storm delaying shipment further. They then proceeded to bring it to Atlanta where it was supposed to be and for no known reason shipped it to Orlando. They have given me 4 different arrival times that never happened over 4 days. I am now being told I can’t pick up my product at terminal unless the shipper gives them permission which I have to wait until they open in California. The worst customer service I have ever seen they don’t seem to care they cost you clients that do a quarter of a million dollars a year with a small company. I will never buy from anyone that uses them for shipping again. Worst company should be shutdown.

Central Transport is by far the WORST freight delivery company I have ever experienced in my career. They will hold customers’ items hostage with no concern for how it effects them. I have been calling every morning for weeks now, just trying to get a 2ND part to my order delivered. Every single person told me the same thing: that it “didn’t make the truck” and they would tell somebody to tell somebody else to HOPEFULLY put it on the truck tomorrow... no accountability across the entire company. I attempted to talk to Rachel, who is supposed to have authority to do something - and she did the same thing: nothing. She had the nerve to tell me I couldn’t receive anyone’s contact email, and then proceeded to tell me that she does not get into the office until the afternoon! What a luxury, while the company you represent under-works themselves into the ground. Any business looking to keep a lasting relationship with their customers should NOT use this pisspoor excuse for a shipping service. THEY DO NOT CARE.

By far the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. First they claimed the truck that was delivering my purchase broke down (apparently 1hr into being on the way), then they tell me Sunday doesn’t work because they don’t ship on sundays, so Monday morning I’m promised it will arrive and it doesn’t. Customer service just keeps giving me the same information I can find myself with there lousy tracking. I ordered through Home Depot who then chose CT for shipping. I will never order from Home Depot again if there’s a chance they’ll use this dog $#!+ courier.

I had a shipment coming from Fountain Valley California, very expensive artwork. I paid for the order upon shipping on 12/15. I waiting patiently for a phone call from the freight company, understanding that it was the holidays and that I figured they were busy. Today, 12/29, I received a call from the art company that Central Transport was claiming that the address on the BOL was invalid and that they left messages about trying to deliver the items but I never returned their calls. She received this information via a letter, no phone call, no email but a letter. Are you kidding me? I tried calling several times with no success, I tried to trace the order on their website with no success and finally after sending an email I did get some response from them. My question is this? How does a company in 2020 think an efficient way to handle a problem is to send a letter via the USPS during the holiday season. Had I not pursued this, the shipment would have been returned back to California. The woman I finally was able to speak to was short and cut me off when I starting to complain about the manner in which my delivery was being handled. I would not use this company!

Would give them -100 stars if possible. Worst company I have ever dealt with. I book trucks and shipments all the time, and have almost no issues. I am not one who leaves any type of review, and I usually give people and companies the benefit of the doubt. Not this time. They picked up our shipment of really expensive molds (5 total pallets) totalling 12,000 pounds and then off-loaded them on to 4 different trucks. First red flag. They delivered 4 out of the 5 and gave up looking for the last one after almost no time at all. One of the pallets were stacked and one of the molds fell through the pallets, damaging the tool. They are completely incompetent. These molds are really expensive tools, and are really hard to lose if you use your eyes. They were really rude (especially the supervisor) and straight up told me that they deemed it as lost, and that's it. No apology, not taking any responsibility, no trying to help whatsoever. They lose your stuff, and make it sound like its your fault. Great customer service right there. I called everyday for the last two weeks, and they could care less about their customers. I will make sure that NO ONE uses this horrible company. I don't know how they are in business with so many horrible reviews and lost/damaged items. It is worth the added freight cost to ship with ANYONE else. They need to be shut down.

There were two positive things going into this nightmare. The local staff was easy to communicate with & the price was reasonable. (Central was picked by a shipping broker I used) The goods shipped were an eBay sale (set of 37" x 13.50" x 22" mounted off road wheels & tires banded to a pallet). The whole shipment stood over 5" tall by nearly 40" square. They sold on eBay for $1000 & the customer also paid me to package and arrange the shipping to Maine for a total of $1500. He paid via PayPal & the shipment was sent via Central. All was good until they attempted to deliver the WRONG commodity to the customer. (a series of boxes instead of a set of LARGE wheels / tires). They were shipped in late July 2020. After a series of hours worth of calls, emails, texts, etc..... claims were filed along w/ appropriate paperwork as requested... after a series of supposed dock checks & whatever by late August they admittedly LOST them. How in the hell do you LOSE a set of wheels & tires of that size???!!! So, after repeated attempts to talk to someone & find out what happened w/ no real reply. I had to give my customer (whom also had tried to contact the freight people at his end also) a refund & the freight was lost. All I got from Central (besides a bunch of smoke & mirrors) was $54.40 because of some ruling based off of size & weight. Therefore, them being entrusted to handle freight and subsequently losing it has no accountability. This company cost me over 1K in lost product & probably that much in lost productivity (I am a sole proprietor business) based off of time WASTED trying to get some fawking answers!!! I would rate this company in a deficit if possible. BAD BAD BAD shippers beware. Hope someone can avoid my perils if even just to save on your sanity. FWIW also, Silvergate Shipping (broker) also did nothing but, blow smoke up my ass as well. I can assure you MrSuperSport-MotorSports 208-771-0882 will NEVER do business w/ this entity again.

the worst co. not trustworthy , lose shipments, do not get shipment there on time, lie to you. very bad company. do not use them!!!
