On Friday afternoon I attempted to sign in my account. I had some difficulty with my password. After several failed sign-ins they gave me directions which followed but still unsuccessful. They then "hard locked" my account. I phoned the popup phone number and they said I would get a call from them to unlock it in about 2 hours. No call so I called again about 4:00. I was told it should have been unlocked but he put in another request. He said since it's almost 5:00 I may not get the call in 2 hours. I tried to log in and received the same pop up telephone number that is available Monday to Friday. It is now Sunday and still successful. If I REALLY needed my med quickly I would be in trouble. These people are a P.O.S. I will remove ALL of my meds and get them locally. This company needs to be shut down! And I will not enroll with HUMANA as long as they have CENTERWELL as their mail order. Disgusted!

I found my 3rd of 4 prescriptions for Wegovy was canceled by Centerwell/Novocare however they could "re-activate it" but at a higher cost. +$40. This is just one of many issues I've had with these people. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Received an open box of my medication (the seal on the top of the box had been broken). There is no seal on the pill bottle so I had no way of knowing if the pills were tampered with. I asked if I could send them back for a refund and they refused only on the grounds that no pills were missing. They would only put me in touch with a pharmacist, nobody in customer service. Sounded like the pharmacist had just woken up even though it was 12 noon PT.

My provider sent in a refill that I didn't need, only a few days after my previous refill. I did not schedule the delivery, because I didn't need it. Next thing I know, I receive a notification that my order is getting prepared for shipment. I called them immediately to say I didn't order it, don't ship it. They said it's too late, there's nothing they can do. FedEx attempted delivery the next day, which I refused. I called again to get my refund and they said they won't refund it because it already went out, even though I never ordered it.

IF YOU WANT TO SIT AT HOME AND DIE WHILE WAITING FOR THEM TO SEND YOU YOUR MEDICINE then this is the perfect company to send your prescriptions to. HORRIBLE customer service. Even the supervisor with Humana told me to just transfer all my prescriptions to another pharmacy because they are horrible.

My doctor ordered a medication for me, but after a week with no delivery, I called customer service. I was informed the order had not been processed but would be released immediately. A week later, the medication still had not arrived, and I was given the exact same response. When I pointed out that I was told this same thing a week prior, the representative offered to try to expedite the order. She also suggested using the portal, but I told her that it had been offline and unavailable for over four days.

Everytime I contact Center Well it's a new horrible experience. I've been misquoted prices numerous times and basically 1 person will tell you one thing,then that person will be contradicted immediately by someone else. I've been lied too and mislead on numerous occasions and I literally have only been with this company for days. Very stressful! If it weren't for me getting my prescriptions mostly for free,I'd return to CVS Caremark who I had zero issues with for decades. Center Well is not a people friendly,customer satisfaction company at all. I just hope this won't be a continuous nightmare on my behalf.

Worst company I have ever worked with and I can see by others its not just me.
