...Overcharging .....scamming customers.....the usual organized crime utility companies do to customers with the help of the criminal Indiana state employees and public officials, not to mention the nefarious Indiana utility regulatory commision, who enjoys the millions of dollars of bribe money they receive every year!

CenterPoint needs to get their house in order. They hire garbage technicians with little to know knowledge or tact to deal with people. I had a solar plan submitted and DER Permits accepted, all work done by Sunrun to the letter. A CenterPoint tech came to my house while I was out, threatening to shutoff power, saying it was illegal (is everyone a lawyers?), and yelling at her. Very unprofessional, borderline abusive, illegal activity (making claims they CAN NOT enforce), fraudulent and deceptive practice in how they deal with things all because they can't keep their own documents in order. I will be following up, submitting a formal complaint and be pressing charges if possible. This is unacceptable and unprofessional bullying practices by CenterPoint, and they were 100% in the wrong here. Will me and my wife get even an apology, doubtful? Screw you CenterPoint!

CenterPoint Energy is the worst U.S. electric utility in the country. Most outages in the the entire country with days out downtime and outages. Complete embarrassment of a company. Without power all of today 3rd time losing power this month!

We lose power frequently with this company. Unacceptable, it would be nice to have an alternative.

We are incredibly grateful for the swift action and professionalism displayed by Louis Gotti and Joshua Bowman. Was away from home Friday when gas was shut off - immediately paid bill not even 30mins later. Monday morning gas Still off - never encountered late payment ior interruption in 5 years service with Centerpoint. No phone call alerting interruption. Emergency line useless... So how long before gas service is up and running again. Why does it take so long? Gas is an essential asset. Traumatic experience. Still waiting for service...

They are always shutting the power off in our neighborhood and they call it planned power outages.. middle of summer, blazing hot. In the middle of cooking. Now i can't eat and I have to work hungry. Centerpoint is the absolute worst! Get it together and stop surprising people with these power outages! This happens way too often!!!
