3 days ago, we had our new gas meter replacement installed but a gas leak was found and our gas had to be shut off. The furnace company come today to locate the leak and thought it was found and taken care of. We called CenterPoint to have our gas turned back on and Jordan was here within the hour. Problem was he found another leak. I was more than disappointed and the furnace company was closed until tomorrow. Jordan went above and beyond. He called the man that had been her Saturday and they talked. Jordan then tested everything he could around the installation and found the additional leak at the new connection. It was fixed and our gas was back on within the hour. Thanks to Jordan I got a hot shower tonight. I love his care and devotion in working with us. He didn't want us to go another day without hot water.

They showed up late night and got our power on!

I would just like to thanks Centerpoint for coming out to my home very promptly after a bad weather day. I had a tree limb that had come down from a tree and brought down the wires with it and I had no power they quickly came out I would say within 2 hours and fix the problem I was so grateful and thankful
