I really appreciate being contacted by Kate to give me guidance as to what to do about removing the mascara at the end of the day. She is also very understanding about the experience. I have with the delivery and will pass on my feedback to those concerned. I really appreciate this company

Not satisfied with these products. Mascara is not volumizing and eyeshadow is too light. Would like a refund.
