Customer service was great and I love the ink waterproof eyeliner and the mascara. Mascara is waterproof also and holds my lashes up without being stiff.

I couldn't get it off. I used eye maker remover and it still wouldn't come off it actually took some of my lashes off. So I use a lotion w/ oil and it took it off I will not be buying this product anymore. I hope my eyelashes grow back it was a few of them.

For easier removal, it really helps to use an oil-based or waterproof micellar remover and let it sit on the lashes for 15–20 seconds before gently wiping downward without rubbing.
