I love the mascara. I gave it 4 stars because it’s very difficult to remove. I have tried different things but I still have to work to get it off. I read somewhere that you had changed the formula to make it easier. I just started using from what I received in my most recent order and didn’t notice any difference when I try to take it off.

For easier removal, we recommend using an oil-based or waterproof micellar remover, holding a soaked cotton pad over the lashes for 15–20 seconds before gently wiping downward without rubbing. I am a little disappointed in the mascara. It tends to leave little clumps on my lashes. But, before I closed the order I noticed a tube of Radiance Tint tha I ordered and I absolutely love the way it smooths on and covers leaving a creamy, soft texture to my skin.

The company was attentive to me when I did not receive my order, and communicated the steps I needed to take to obtain the product. I am impressed with their helpfulness and concern. The mascara is wonderful! A perfect brown for lighter complexions, and so easy to apply and remove. At age 77, I've FINALLY discovered the perfect non-smudge mascara that enhances my naturally long eyelashes without looking like I've come out of the movie, "Whatever Happened to Baby Jane."

The brush on the mascara made all the difference. Other expensive mascara just have the tube like brushes. This one works separated my eyelashes and I don't look like spider legs.
