I received the mascara and it was almost totally dry! I contacted the company a week ago and they said they would get back to me. No word from them so far. Total rip-off!

I really like the mascara but I don’t know what to use to remove it . The lipstick is great, I love it and the color is perfect.

For easier mascara removal, we recommend using an oil-based or waterproof micellar remover, letting it sit on your lashes for 15–20 seconds, then gently wiping downward without rubbing. Finally I’ve found a mascara that is truly waterproof and doesn’t flake or smudge. I tried 8 of the “best rated” waterproof mascaras and every one of them disappointed. My eyes water very easily and by the end of a long day my lashes were still pristine.

I use it most nights. It seems to be working nicely. My eyelashes seem a little more full (not so sparse) and your mascara goes on them more nicely.
